Terms of Service

By using Parcel OS ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance​

By creating an account or using Parcel OS, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service​

Parcel OS provides a cloud-based project management and 3D visualization platform for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

3. Accounts​

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Your Content​

  • You retain ownership of all content (models, files, notes, tasks) you upload to Parcel OS.
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
  • We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

5. Acceptable Use​

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious files or code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Payments & Subscriptions​

  • Free tier features are available without payment.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Data & Privacy​

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the GDPR.

8. Service Availability​

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
  • We are not liable for data loss — please maintain your own backups.

9. Termination​

  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parcel OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes​

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law​

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where the Service is operated.
